Last time when I travelled with GULF AIR, I lost a big suitcase. Some one at TIA or GULF karmachari most of kept if for their use. It was difficult to blame who stole it but I doubt on one of them.
The worst part was it took 4 months to get the compensation for my lost suitcase. I had to make a trip to TIA and GULF air office in Hattisar (near Jai Nepal Cinema hall) almost everyday to get the compensation. I lost many thousands or ruppees in transportation in order to get the compensation. The accountant at the GULF office was so rude. May be was trying to pocket some money out of the compensation. I forfeited my return ticket. Instead I few Qatar airways. So I will never recommend GULF air to anyone.
