Dear friends,
I have a question for u guys. I was selected for the 2011 electronic diversity visa and I got my second letter notifying that my interview has been scheduled for September 7, 2011 @ Kathmandu, Embassy of the united states.
At first I was thinking of doing AOS (Adjustment of Status) but now I found out that it usually takes longer time and I have little time to do so. So, I thought that It would be easier if I go back to Nepal and collect some documents including birth certificate, police records, medicals and educational requirements and I should be good to go.
But the thing is that i actually don’t want to go to Nepal at this time. So, what do you guys think? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. I hope some of the sajha users might have gone through this. Hence I would like to seek some serious insights in this matter. How easy was it processing from Nepal. I'm in f1 status with good academics.
Thank you guys for your time.
