13.   A Labor Condition Application accepted by the Department of Labor.

14.   Previous year W2

15.   Tax filing document (1040)

16.   Social Security

17.   Personal Bank statement for last six months.

18.   Bank Account verification letter.

19.   All Academic Documents

20.   Master Service Agreement Document between my client and my company.

21.   Statement of work between my client and my company.

22.   All  documents that were submitted to USCIS while filing my H1B petition.
