Solution tha pretty much worked for me:
1. Dhup batti baalne, ash ko tilak lagayera sutne
2. Close the restroom door because bad spirit resides there
3. Chest ma haat rakhera na sutne
4. Do not open your eyes when such thing happen because it is possible if you see that devil, you will die or become mentally ill forever... (according to belief)
5. Try to sleep with someone on your side, not alone
