Here's ur answer-its doen't matter when and from where u file an asylum . Its not important  to file within a year. The main concerned is the documents that u provide as proof  of being unable to return to ur homecountry. make the story strong so that u would be able to convience to the immigration officer. collect new ideas and prepare urself.  Don't let urself down when other say that ur asylum will be denied.They r not immigration officer to judge u. but take a time to study the story, collect proof-  don't do in hurry......its a one time chance ..... .thts all u need.
