:since Nepal is not in the top 70 in the FIFA ranking and the British government only permits non-EU players if the player is playing for the country and the country is ranked below 70 in FIFA ranking that could be a barrier

Its not Sushil Chhetri Sunil chhetri, heard he  signed a contract with portuguese club Benifica as of 12 th june 2012, he was signed by QPR previously .he had a similar problem with visa since India is out of that top 70 FIFA ranking as well.he is a decent player.
Its sad that he is representing India even though his mom represented Nepal as a women footballer.
