Hi there, I heard about callforeign (callforeign dot com) from 2 of my friend. They say, it charges 11.5c only for all nepal, works purely per minutes and not extra charge and no charge with out connection, Premium sound quality. Please let me know if any one has used it. Though there is online sign up and payment facility I have not tried yet. Please suggest !!!
