Bro i had a similar situation last december. I had emailed them, tried to call them but no response. I finally went in there on 23rd december just couple of days before i had to leave and thank god they had it done just the day before. So what i suggest is keep on checking with them everyday and let them know when your return day is hopefully they'll have it done before you leave so that you wouldn't have to change your flight.
