I think you don't need to mention that you are working in X company though you can add your type of work experience you carried in your cover letter.
You are not required to tell that you are working for certain company in your cover letter, it's only your choice whether you want to say or not. But do mention that in your resume.
And most probable reason I see are for better future prospects and carrier advancement as most viable and common reason for leaving their current job.
