We all remember when Prachanda came here in NYC, all he wanted was to see statue of liberty, climb empire state and ride subway. They are the best when it comes to embarassing  our country in an international forum by their stupid acts. This is just an another episode. 

It is not only matter of english, if anyone had given her an script in Nepali, she would not have been able to speak that well let alone speaking in english.
