Thanks Jantare, So it doesn't matter where she lives, only thing we you got to show is the proof of the two bills to get an state ID. Are you sure about that Jantare. If that's the case i don't mind driving down to New Mexico and making one but i live far from NM. NM is probably 1000 miles far from the place where i live. So far i have done some research and everywhere it says that they need a proof or residency or something which is legitimate. Do you live in NM.
