Nepal_tara888, I agree with what you have to write on competitive aspects of the future that Rajeev would be better of adhering to. Just for some discussion sake allow me to add some more of the strategies from Sun Tzu. The book called "Art of War" was written over 2500 years ago. It is the best ever piece of stuff that I have come across when dealing with competitive situations. This sharing of principles here @ Sajha is intended to have some lively discussions on it. Besides, I bet Baburam Ji has an original copy of this book that he goes back to every once in a while. The only sad thing being that he does not use it for the right purpose. The skills of a leader are knowing and vision. Knowing is usually combined with vision and planning. Action is usually combined with positioning as execution. 3. Command your people in a way that gives them a higher shared purpose. YOU can lead them to death, YOU can lead them to life. They must never fear danger or dishonesty. 4. As a commander you must be smart, trustworthy, caring , brave and strict. 5. You must question the situation. 6. Plan an advantage by listening. This makes your powerful. Get assistance from outside. Before you got to war, you must believe that you can count on victory. You must calculate many advantages. Before you go to battle, you may believe that you can foresee defeat. Many advantages add up to victory. Few advantages add up to defeat. 9. The mistake that most people make is considering only their own abilities without considering how these abilities compare with those of competition. All ability is relative. 10. Rajeev you know what you did and you know how you did it! I for one am delighted that kicked some A__. Uhi Rajeev, CT, Amrika
