Mostly if you do not have a regular boulmovement ( constipation) may cause you as well sleep disorder.

So, change in you eating habit , have plenty of clear fluid , body needs sound sleep may be some exercise.

Get hydro-peroxide ( may cost a buck, put couple drops  in warm water and you can add salt too this will help to protect to your gum problem too). and do regular gargle.
