Rana (Kunwar), Shah, Chand, Thakuri, Singh (Thakur), Shahi....all are essentially Rajpoot.  Even today, Shah, Rana etc. have relatives in Rajasthan, UP, MP, Uttarachal....and they get married within themselves (nationality matters less and caste matters more).  Look at Paras sarkar, he has an Indian thakur wife.  Look at Pashupati Samsher, his wife was Indian thakur.  Divyani got married to an  Indian Thakur.  King Gyanendra Shah visits India often to attend his relatives wedding.

By the way, the last names you mentioned above, I am not sure whether they are really Kshyatris.
