good................these basterds who own business here pay below minimum wage, and make nepali work like a dog .....with this new rules they will suffer and must employ and pay a basic rate wage hence minimising their profit.....this is good news here..everybody agreed to this rule change ...there was a public consultation on immigration rule change ...so what is the fuss????
