I m appying for electives in those college, that accept TOEFL, and m giving my 1st step in Feb, March, probably..and there are a handful of colleges which accept international students... But if you have a recommendation, u get it easily and its quite more involving ......So m sincerely requesting Nepalese Doctors out there....
