Sashan-bro,

Depending on the model, your eyeglass should have a little knob on the right arm of the frame.  It is very small and easy to miss.  Take a hard look and once you find it, rotate that knob counter-clockwise until the power of the glasses meets your needs.  You will probably need a really tiny screw-driver.
