dhotis buy bulk cigerettes, windshield washer fluids, water to make money. they intentionally go buy expired cigerettes and windshield washers.. prob with that is cigerettes don't taste fresh and windshield washers don't work , sometimes even freez inside costing you a lot of money.. they even get cheap gas and mix unleaded with premium, donm't ever buy or fill up at dhoti gas stations even if you can get 10-20 cents cheaper on gas price... you will eventually pay for their green from your pocket...
