 My suggestion:
 
Start P90X program and go to nutrisystem website to find out what kind of foods to eat. 

I would recommend your diet to be 50% protein, 20% fat, and 30% carb

Eat more fruits and vegetables. Stay away from the foods that have high concentration of sat fat and carb

Eat your last meal before at least 3 hours before you go to sleep 

Do not use too much grease while cooking your food

Eat around 1500- 1800 calories/day (if you work out)

By the way I am starting my P90X from tomm (after 1and half years procastination) or atleast I am thinking that I will start from tomm for sure. Good luck to me. Bring it.  Decide Committ succeed
