@ Kanchu: Thanks a lot for the elucidative information. But its not my first time in NYC. I have family in Brooklyn so I come there often. But the problem is I dont have Nepali friends in NYC to hang out. With family we just go to those family restaurants in Jackson heights like u said "Himalayan Yak" and others. And the frens I have in Manhattan are either asians or americans. So if I hang out with asian fren he will always take me to the asian clubs, which are awesome but I m not into asians :) and the american fren is actuallly Iris and he takes me his fav pubs in lower manhattan. So basically I do know Manhattan. And I have droven all around NYC from top to bottom, and seen seen NYC from top- bottom everywhere. And i dont think brroklyn - queens expressway take me around manhattan to see its 360 view. I know better route to see the NYC. And also FYI, NJ is not NYC. No offense but dhoties crawl in from NJ through the open sewer pipe they call Holland Tunnel and effin' flush themselves in. NJ is crap dude. 
And also, I have been to most of the beaches in Long Island and have been all the way up to Mauntak. 

I just wanted to know where to see Nepali girls in NYC. I mean where do all those Nepali in NY hang out. And I dont get why they wont even give a shit? NY ko Nepali keti ke khaire lai matrai takcha ki kaso? :)
