got stucked with this hypothesis question. Help would be appreciated.

Study on 1280 questions on 10 real Scholastic Assessment Test (SATs).
Assume that all the questions had five choices(infact 150 of them had only four choices).
They found that for 192 of the questions, the correct choices(A,B,C,D or E) was as same
as the correct choice for the question immediately preceding. If the choices were generated
at random, then the probability that a question would have the same correct choice as
the on immediately preceding would be 0.20. Can you conclude the choices for the SAT
are not generated at random?

a) state null and alternate hypothesis.
b) compute the value of test statistic.
c) find the p value and state your conclusion.
