What is the current situation for H1B stamping for first time for contractors. I know things are little tough these days, but if any one have some recent e*xperiance, that will be of great help. I am planning to go to nepal in june/july. I am working in a same project from last 2 yrs, same employer. My situation is employer-prime vendor-client.
