Hi folks,
Summary of the PERM Process:
1. Employer must conduct recruitment for the petitioned position;
2.Mandatory recruitment: two Sunday newspaper ads (or one Sunday newspaper and one journal in some cases) and a 30-day job order with a state labor office;
3. Three additional types of recruitment activities for professional positions;
My employer only completed Mandatory and one additional
What happens if case is filed in this situation? Is additional recruitment process necessary???
