Pichas: Here's a big f*k to you. Don't generalize to all saying that all whites are smart or stuff like that. Agreed that U.S has strict laws and good government system but all the people working their ass off is immigrants. Yea CEO of Google or facebook or whichever multi millionaire company may be khaire but all they know is to talk, talk and talk except Mark zuckerberg. I worked in this project where this head was Khaire but all others were dhotis including me. I worked my ass off even in weekends without gettting paid overtime. Khaire knows that it is against law but he wants to make us work more. I had enough and I quit. So what i am saying is, past were the days when khaire were smart as they were really interested in education but nowadays media has spoiled american kids. No wonder nowadays you see only chinese/indian as professor compared to somewhat 15 years ago where you would see lot of khaire's as professor.

Long story Short, Being CEO doesn't mean smart, all they know is to talk good so that people under can work their ass of while they make millions and go for vacation.

Having said that, just to let you know 80% of the microsoft are immigrants ;-).............
