Nepali Citizen may be right not to provide dual citizenship to NRNs but the way s/he presenting here is absolutely wrong. May be he is frustrated with the way that NRNs are pushing for dual citizenship. But it's funny that everyone abroad especially those on Sajha looks they're in favour of dual citizenship. It's really a big issue and not really an easy decision to take. Somebody mentioned dual citizenship allow NRNs to invest in Nepal but there is also another way to think about it. Is Nepali Citisenship very cheap enough that Nepal should sell citisenships to NRNs to bring development projects? There are foreigners investing in Nepal, they never asked for Nepali Citizenship before they invest. So do NRNs really need dual citizenship to invest in Nepal?? 
It's really alive question, why NRNs should be given dual citizenship? Is it because they've left Nepal and now living in those country where they get paid more? Is it because they live now in well developed countries? OR is it because they got lots of money? I personally don't see any resonable answer to give dual citizenship to NRNs. Remember Nepali citizenship is given to Sir Edmund Hillary. Does it means all NRNs are so speicial like Sir Edmund Hillary??
