My question was pretty straight forward.. I was just asking, " How would a married US resident alien file a income tax, where his/her spouse is still in his/her home country?"
When a married person files a income tax in US he/she is required to have his/her SSN or Tax Identification No and there's no way we can file without having the spouse's SSN or TIDN No. My question is how would I get a TIDN no for my spouse that way I could file my income tax.
