Step 0: find out if the hospital/clinic has a family/general physician
Step 1: Call the hospital/clinic
step 2: Setup an appointment
step 3: go to the hospital/clinic
step 4: tell them you have an appointment
step 5: see the doctor
If you dont have insurance, you might as well not go to a doctor for cough and cold.. not worth it. get some more medicine from CVS, drink a lot of fluid and get some rest.. you'll be fine!
