how does a lawyer help??? hari bro......do you know the court system? will you know if the court will screw with you and make you an example and slap you with all the charges that apply to your situation if you do not represent your self properly? what chances do you have if they will impose the maximum punishment? Your lawyer will be able to help you identify and explain your case and charges and fight for you. follow our advise and like iinception wrote a legal representer who knows the court will be on your side to see that the court system will give you a fair hearing. If its your first time with no criminal history he will make you look as good and honest as he can to help you get the minimum sentence and even save your record.
