Hi Sajhabasi haru
I am going to file income tax pretty soon. But one thing is getting on my nerves and it is, How do I file income tax as married? Here is my situation, I am in US and my wife is in Nepal and she has never been in US and she does not have Tax Identification Number or Social Security Number. I tried to apply online but it asks for my wife's Social Security or Tax Identification Number. I tried searching everything I can on the internet and finally came out to a point that, I need to file a form called W-7 where they will provide me a 9 digits number which I can use as my spouse's Tax Identifiacation Number. Is that how you guys do it, or is there some other way to do it. Please inform me. I am really really thankful for all of you guys. Thanking You!
