I've a different way of making women pregnant.

1. Show your penis naked to your partner. Say Om Swaha yourself.
2. Ask your partner to say Om Swaha
3. Now tear open the panty of your partner and look carefully at the vagina. Say Om Swaha
4. Ask your partner to bend her head as much as she can and look into the hole of the vagina. She should say Om Swaha
5. Now in chorus both of you should say Om Swaha. Each of you should be looking at the genital organ of the other while you say these sacred words.
6. Now think of the Shiva Linga. You should imagine the long danda  of Shiva Linga to be the creator and the bottom round circle to be the provider, defender etc. Together they give you life. Now both of you say OM Swaha.
Now get your partner lay on the bed face-up. Once it is done, say Om Swaha"
7. Now you know what to do. For each act you perform, you and partner should say Om Swaha.
