I see your point, but look at the other side of the coin too.
In an orthodox synagogue, there are two separate sections: Men and Women. If I want to go stay in women section and they deny me, would I cry sexual discrimination? A non-muslim cannot visit certain places in Mecca, do I cry foul here?

The point is, religion is a sensitive concept. For a religious harmony to exist, one should respect each other's belief and not cross over to incite anger. Are you telling me there is no other burying place in Nepal other than Pashupati chhetra? I don't support racial profiling and I won't advocate for it, all I am saying is I can see where they are coming from. Until a sweeping law to ban racial discrimination in religious places (or anywhere else) is passed they do have the right to deny it, there is no ground for (no pun intended) resignation.
