your inquiry is incomplete for me to answer. It depends upon your education level, company background, industry experience and the nature of the job itself. You have to be much careful while writing job description or you will end up with "RFE". If it is the first company you are working for after a graduation, do not put any experience requirement on job description. Make it plain and simple. Don't put extra skills or qualifications restriction unless you have something as a backup to prove in case of RFE. If the company is owned by DHOTI, take extra precautions.
