I think you're being cheap here.......Looks like he's a student and just wants a temp housing...From what i feel, nepali people always wants company with another nepali so that it is not that boring and i know everybody can afford a motel a night but its not about being able to spend the money.
Indian people always help out another indian but nepali will never do such things.
