try Rebtel bro.. it's way better..
u don't lose minutes as rounding fee and all those craps with it.. they just charge only for the time u talk! u may think it expensive at first (17c/min), but if u do calculate all those minute and money loss on those rounding fees and all those crap charges and hassles to dial pin and phone number everytime u call home.. u r gonna realize Rebtel much better over Himtel/Tomatotel or wutever other telzzzz.. Have Fun!
