I don't think hanging Gagan will solve Nepal's problem. He is just an aspirant novice politician trying to get hold on the Nepalese politics making "big" statements.

He has all the qualities that enable him becoming nepalese politician
1. He is a damn good speaker [(in Nepal the most important quality to be a neta is abilty to deliver fiery speech ( kaam kina garnu paryo bhasan chhate pugi halyo)]

2. Has experience in corruption ( I heard he made a lot of money in Tri Chandra from uniform scam)

3. Has some gunda gardi background (like other politician )

However;
There are bigger miscreoulants who deserve this "punya" act of hanging. So, his turn comes later.

I doubt he is a good politician but definitely a good speaker.
