Does anybody out here know about Tulsi Bhandari who is writing against Gagan Thapa and Ramesh Kharel in My Sansar. I am just curious to know if he is as decent  as he has portrayed himself with malign words towards Gagan and Kharel. If you know him in some way just write down your perception about him.
