I won't be surprised if this scandal was designed to minus Ramesh Kharel. In a case that involved copyright, why would someone write a letter 'SP Kharel lai khula patra' and then go on to besmirch the reputation of two clean figures of Nepal, Gagan and SP Kharel, shouldn't  be above anyone's logical mind.

Now that Ramesh Kharel has not been given promotion, I won't  be surprised if this videomaker is celebrating somewhere with his master who got promotion!
