1. I got phd last summer (Now, I am a postdoc in a prestigious instituition).

2. I know it is hard to get tenured, but not hard to get tenure track position. Probably, I know much better than you since I am in chemistry (probably, you are not a chemist) and I am in that environment for a long time.

Any way, thank you for your advice. I don't have to repeat it here that you are an expert in giving advice to others.

3. I spend much time in sajha since it is good forum to express our views with other fellows. When I have time, I often visit it. When I get something interesting, I post it here.

4. I express my respect to all people (in the forum) equally. However, some time, some body comes like you and I have to use hard words.
