Do you have any problems if Mr. Tulsi Bhandari was offered job or not but if he was right, he finished his education from USA, it is itself an achivement, I don't mean he had done everything. A guy who finished higher education from USA and went back Nepal and trying to do something (but he should be aware of plagarism if he did), it is itself an encouraging.
