Bibek Shah should also take the blame and perhaps is a part of big design in royal massacre and so are Girija (then PM), Ram Chandra Poudel (then Home minister), Makune (then opposition leader). They all must have clues about what was going to happen or what happened. They all including this Bibek Shah should have been investigated thoroughly. They all were inefficient or were crooks. He not only revealed many other crooks but gave the impression of himself being the one too. It gives me an impression that part of his book was written by someoneelse. It is a shame to know that these Nepali officials including this Shah was always ready to go to submit to Indian officials.
