A friend of mine was an army pilot, I haven't heard much from him recently but he was happy back then. He was going abroad for further pilot training sponsored by the army. I know he returned back to Nepal but don't know much. He was pretty young when he joined (this is 10 years back) but I assume you can join until 29 based upon the link above.
