Thanks for bringing a meaningful perspective. Well, to start with it’s the nature of thoughts to cross our mind. It matters what relationship we have with our thoughts. Are we estrange, related, or engaged with our thoughts? How can I have a healthy relationship with my thoughts and my mind? Anyway, your thoughts have also been visitor at times of my existence.

To my lens your question is quite an existential. Somehow caught up with here-and-now and then-and-there of life! I as well had been quite addicted to figuring out things in life, setting goals, planning, achievements, and all those good stuff.

Of lately after losing a very close friend of mine it has come to my realization that nobody has it all figure out. Why be so obsessed with plans and future??? Why am I not able to enjoy “now” and be friend with “now”!!! Why my relationship is established with “past” and “future” A very good book called “The Power of Now” did help in some reflections.

I am learning to say I don’t know towards many instance of life and being comfortable with not knowing. Listening to positively energizing music, watch inspirational international movies and reading mindful books, and being around positive vibe people is helping to heal and address so many thoughts that cross my mind.

Lastly, I have found no treatment for meaningful life because to me life has no meaning; life gives opportunities to make meaning. My medicine is not to be obsessed with opportunities and enjoy even the struggle of now, for if I want to be nostalgic I could say how adventures my youth traveled through life.

I hope I made some sense
