This is about OM hospital of Nepal. I am surprised again because such things are also happening still in this hospital. Last time I read news of OM hospital where a patient died in discharge day. It was when patient fell in floor, nurse gave him in oxygen mask but there was no oxygen in oxygen tank and patient died of suffocation.

If you guys know any such incident of any hospital of Nepal, you can share with us.
