ANA President asked to resign over Boston Convention

Supposedly, this is the letter initiating an impeachment?

I have never met Hari Sharma and do not know much about him, but as you know there are good reasons why many Nepali professionals prefer not to be associated with ANA, and this latest debacle is one of them. ANA has always given an aroma of malfeasance, for a lack of a better word. Surely, you would expect a non-profit to be transparent about their finances and publish them for all to see? Still better yet, the board which oversees the current administration could simply use the power of the bylaws to initiate an impeachment if an independent audit committee has found them to have misbehaved and/or to be incompetent. Reference to anecdotes concerning Nixon and the fate of a guilt-ridden persona in the hands of a vulture is truly unnecessary.

I also believe that as a senior board member one should have the conviction of independence and impartial judgment between what the audit committee says and actions of the current administration. ANA's members elect them (or are they self elected?) to follow the bylaws to its every word and to act in a manner that brings benefits to the members. No board member should subscribe to the promotion of self-interest, elitism, condescendence, wrath and snobbish behavior, utter incompetence - and those at the end who possess these qualities but exonerate themselves free of any ill conceived mannerisms should voluntarily step down.

Sometimes I wonder whether these executive committee members are fit to lead an organization when they are battling with ethical dilemmas of their own, not to mention the lack of effective soft skills to communicate with one another?
