This is excellent because it is something all of us abroad can relate to. I am sure almost all of us have that really good and even a very close friend back in Nepal living a life that seems to be increasingly heading in an opposite road to our own. You also hit home the idea of how the goreys that we felt were so different from us, eventually we begin to inadvertently become one of them.
