I recently received a RFE on my AoS application to establish parentage & birth date even after presenting the Municipality issued birth certificate.The choice i have now is to submit an affidavit from my parents to establish birth date & parentage. 

Does anyone have experience/suggestions on how i could get a valid affidavit. Is there a specific place in Nepal i could get the affidavit done?
