-      Our
judgement lack credibility,(well said, a person who is drawing too many conjecture to prove something wrong does lack that) we mistake patriotism with hatred and
racism (understand the meaning of patriotism and invasion and racism first). Our emotions get the best of us all the time. We accuse Pampha
Devi only to exonerate her later, similarly, we criticize Paras for
murdering Praveen Gurung only to eulogize him on this incident.

-      Shooting
at someone during an argument? Is that a fair deal no matter how severe
it is? What would you call me if I suddenly go and shoot Nas in his
apartment (lol, Nas bro please do not take it personally, couldn’t find a
better example) just because his posts in sajha are controversial?
Considering Rubel DID initiate an argument, couldn’t Paras land some
haymakers on his dark-brown Bangladeshi a$$? Resorting to gun is so
kindergarten. (what is fair has become a relative in nepal's context and you need to change what is fair based on the political context-not from the altruistic point of view! in west you get shot when you trespass someone property-that is also not a fair deal)

-      I
believe Paras got inebriated (you believe and you create your own story, draw some stupid conjecture, you should become conspiracy theorist ) , suddenly realized that the reason he lost
power was someone who’s son was dining in the same restaurant. His ‘ex
would-have-been’ crown prince ego got the best of him, and as expected,
he approaches Rubel, picks on him, and fires some shot to scare the crap
out of him. What is wrong with this story?

(Nothing wrong, but on the same ground, as I said already, if paras admitted he fired then why do not believe his story, he could have said I did not like our political leaders and got away with it.. )

If you could believe some

Ask yourself, if this incident would have happened between two normal citizen, would there have been any arrest? NO! while paras needs to punished for the crime he committed, rest of all including your dearest sujata and their clans also brought to the justice. Then only it will be FAIR. People want FAIR DEAL!!
