I disagree with you!!!! You are blaming all of those who work in foreign countries. 

Yes, he is doing a great job and even I am a big appreciator of him and his work but that doesn't mean he is right and rest of us are working in foreign are wrong!!!. If a person earn a money and spend for owns benefit, then yes that is wrong because he is helping himself only. But if a person earns some money and he is helping his family ( even a single person), he is doing something for his family. By combining those families creates a Nepal. You don't have to give a significant contribution to Nepal like he did, even a dollar can help Nepal. 

He has knowledge and education and he wants to utilize it for mass benefit.It doesn't mean by helping lots of other people, he became SUPER DUPER HERO and We all are BIG TIME LOSERS VILLAIN. so open your eyes. 

Again, yes he is indeed a hero not to the Nepal only but to whole humanity.
