If it's am urgent, i would say tell your family to deposit the money in the moneygram that are available in most place in ktm and outside the capitol and they'll give you a few digit number and you can go to moneygram which are located in walmart and get the cash. However they do charge you a few thousand rupees. The best option however would be to deposit the money the accout in Nepal or give it to relatives if anybody is sending money soon. I did the same thing few months back but right now i am not sending any money soon.
