I suggest you go to www.cic.gc.ca and do a self assessment test. If you get 67 points, you can apply for Permanent Residency in Canada. Please check the NOC list as well, I believe nurse is still there but you better hurry and apply before the quota is over. Check out this forum as well, www.canadavisa.com, it will come handy.
